Rayco sold out to Morebark

I just noticed an advertisement in Tree Trader that announces that Morebark has bought Rayco. Morebark has never had a competitive stump grinder, so I guess this gives them the Rayco lineup. I wonder how many of the other Rayco products will make it into the Morebark lineup and how many will just disappear?
PS: Maybe this is old news, but this is the first I have heard about it.
