An unsolicited user opinion of the FS250.
I have a FS250 with a bicycle handle. Love it! I have to cut down 4 ft. canary grass in several hundred feet of ditch each year around the farm. My old FS86 would do the job, but it didn't like it and that's when I found a used FS250 for sale locally. This year I whacked through the tall grass with the FS250 and it didn't even bog down the engine. An amazing tool. It even weighs less than my FS86 which has a D ring handle. The FS250 fuel consumption is significantly higher, but one would expect that going from a 25cc to 40cc engine. If you have tall grass to cut or small brush to clear, the FS250 is a perfect tool.

I agree this is a very good tool but for 1/3 acre it's not needed
