Slow acceleration is only off idle and for just a few thousand rpms then it rips. Tuning at 8000 ft. Very little range of adjustment on all 3 screws. Chain spins at a fairly low idle. After a quick max rpm stab it drops its idle bot comes back up after a couple seconds. I'll check the rpm tonight. Opened the muffler shell ports and enlarged the detector ports with a screw driver. Nothing new on the rebuild except the fuel line. This was my dads saw with low hours and just quit running. Fair ammount of carbon on piston and dome. No gasket or sealant between carb and boot. Impulse line is the boot so maybe I should try to get it to seal better? Drop test slows down and stops on the 5th cycle 2nd drop. Haven't cut with it yet. Also wondering about gutting the filter elbow honeycomb. Any gains there?
