Ok. Guess ill have to yank the carb again to find the manufactures markings?

Guess what I should have typed was do I need to pull the carb again to figure out what manufacture made the carburetor I have currently? Or is there a way to obtain this information and avoid having to remove the carb?

I disagree about buying a new one, $20 is going to get you a Chinese knockoff, nowhere near the QC of the original.

I can’t tell you how much I agree with you, I get so many people that dog on me about my preference of dealership parts Over non in certain applications.

Got a link I can follow? I can’t find a carb for the 041av electronic that Includes the needed gasketes to avoid having to buy a kit too for less than $33.

Do you have the 041 Super? If not it should be the HS-138B.

On Tilly's I'm not 100% sure. They been off Stihl's since long before my time. If it IS a Tillotson it should be the 138. The Super would say Super or something like 041 AVES, something like that. It has a larger piston & cylinder, so the carb is probably a little more robust for it. Can you put up a few pics of it?

That is not a genuine Tillotson. You'd be gambling with your money buying something like that. Not saying it'd never work, but those Tillotsons are pretty tough and barring corrosion inside it I bet a kit would spruce it right up.
