Orline IPL

I got an Orline in today and I would like to have an IPL for it. Also I will probably need a carb. kit and rings. It want crank unless I put oil in the cylinder to raise the compression.
While I am on the subject a spanner wrench for the cylinder would be nice, but I can make one of if I have to. Thanks in advance for any help, Tom
