I wonder if that has 30% more cutting speed than stock! ;)

Nice work, mang! I'm amazed at the 170 psi for a stock piston, too. That thing sounds very angry.

You really think it could give yer 066 a hard time? Now are you talking yer 044/066 or yer 066/bb?

Believe it or not, I'm actually talking about my 066BB, and it's the strongest 066 I've run. Far be it from me to put percentages on my work, lol!

Got a good vid of that 066BB I can take a look at? I am surprised it isn't even doing that little 'ported saw wiggle' when you're leaning on it. I see a tiny bit of that at :41 for a fraction of a second. But that's it for bogging? Yer really leaning on it at 10,500?

32" B&C, Full comp RSC, 8-pin rim. What I love about this saw is that when stumping with it, I can just put my hip against the handle and just push it through the stump. It just has loads of power.

Wow, that thing's scary. Nice work, Brad. I'll put the 385 in Fir soon and see if it will work the rivets on my 32" RW bar loose. ;)

Fir? Might as well throw a 42" bar on it and have some real fun:) This thing will be a monster in softwoods!

Hell, it was a little monster BEFORE! ;) It's Godzilla now. Fir is just for me to play with here. In the future it will likely be seeing more oak, sycamore, beech and euc. Thus the reason it ended up on yer doorstep.

It should be right at home with a 36" bar in hardwoods. You might prefer a 7-pin rim there. They're just more forgiving, even if not faster.

Awesome work brad...385s are angry saws even in stock form...they like to put the trees on the ground in a hurry! Again very good work!:msp_thumbup:

+1. Saw's like this one make a Stihl guy like myself stop and think twice:msp_scared:

haha...i used to be a die stihl guy....till i ran a husky...then i moved to the dark side when i bought my first 385xp...and well...yup...i changed for good..lol I've seen huskys outlast stihls too...and their quality is as good if not better than stihl's as well....;)

I won't argue with that. They're both great saws.

I still like stihls though but husqvarna definetly makes saws that will last and will take a beating and keep running strong as ever....
