More yellow arrived today. Why no numbers stamped on the block?

QUOTE]

Replacement blocks didn't always have numbers or paint, which is most likely what you have. It is an SP=125 block, but can't tell from the pictures if it is a "c" block or not.

I don't care what the vultures here say (me included :msp_ohmy:), save that fully adjustable SDC carb no matter what!

What can yall tell me about a Double Eagle 80? Im headed after one in the morning. Supposed to be a good runner, with a 24" hard nose. Ill have pics, providing I dont get beat out of it.

Tinkering on a 1-42 in the cold shop one of the 1-41/1-42 stamped with no foot support bracket(They came that way) models .I'll tell ya those great HL carbs fire right up in super cold conditions with just a couple pulls as it was 8 degrees. I would like to thank my PM800 for the many cords we bucked out of the forest this Fall and the chain that wouldn't go dull. Pile of saw chips as big as a VW took 3 days to burn. 6 Trees out of snow zone just to keep the saws running over winter. Plenty of saws good moonshine and seats next to the wood stove..don't be shy so come on by...

800

Randy is that the 800 we talked about this spring? I have two of the 5 I have running that I took to the Ia. and Ar. gtg's.One running a 37" roller nose full comp with a 7 pin and pulls strong. Have a 28" roller nose with full comp and 7 pin I can lean on this one. I going to try a 8 pin on a third with a 28 to compare it with. I am trying to find a mac branded roller nose 24". The people who have run both of these saws have been impressed with them.

Shine and a seat by the stove sounds great, but at 8 degrees you would need a winch to get me away from the stove
