[Stumpys Customs]

I've got a buddy of mine's Jred 2165 that seized a lower rod bearing. The cyl diddn't suffer any damage so It will remain 65cc.

I'll be useing a Forester brand crank. So far the quallity of it looks good.

Not 100% sure. everything checked out fine. I'll have to ask him about what kind of mix he's usein.

They were in decent shape. A lil rough from some of the grit from the rod bearing, but they didn't look as dry.

Here's some pics of the squishband cutting.
I took .050" off the band & .050" OFF the skirt the goes down into the case.

Setting up to cut the base .070" to get .020'' squish. After I eat a bite.

Nothing to special.

The 2165/365 special cyl are closed port.

I got the base cut.

Now to lay out the cyl to start porting.

A couple of questions if you don't mind: are you cutting the squish band on an angle and are you leaving a band uncut right at the edge where the wall and combustion chamber meet?

I'm cutting it flat.
