Coming clean with Stephen on this...my DAD bought that $100 P306 bow saw, I did not! It was a steal either way, as the P&C was perfect.

I just finished the detailed tear down, inspection & freshened it up with a new air & fuel filter, duckbill, gaskets, carb kit, all 3 shaft seals & my custom notched homey super XL rings.

Came out really nice & it cuts downed logs like a mad beaver. I added that unpainted aluminum guard onto the bottom part of the bar as it “was too close to my 83 year old leg” he said, lol!

Everything else was left original.

Georgia seller on Fleabay, he specializes in restoring old bows. Goes by the name of jgreen70

Expensive as hell at $30 shipped for x2 12” butt cut sections of roll formed stock, but versus $600 plus for an ER suture visit, it was justified...scares me just watching him run it.

I need to take it back off & paint it, but that early saw is a yellow tinted color and all I have is the later style sublime green paint.

Just letting folks know here too.

If anyone is wanting to put a poulan 3750 60cc tim allen badboy TA BB collection shelves

I am going to put this one into the right hands. One of the nicer ones I have had with intact clutch cover decal and bar still have the screen print on it.

Local guy wants a 60cc to do his limbing in the logging he does. But I cant see this one getting wore out if a collector wants it.

What I have in it plus shipping or will trade for the right saw , bang bang , etc. Throw ideas at me.

I know wrong time of years but can wait till after new years for shipping etc too.

Well, I found a 3400 10 miles away on CL for $30, new chain, full gallon of bar oil, said it ran last year when he used it. May just give him a call tomorrow. Looks to be in real good shape. Be nice people would post a pic of the exhaust port side of the piston.

Steve
