It says 44.3 (the bore size) on the top of the cylinder.

This is what I get for messing with junk all the time. I should pop the top on the pretty white box I put on the shelf in December and check out the 44.3 stamp...It says 44.3 (the bore size) on the top of the cylinder.
The 346 can tip over on flat ground.
Sadly I only have 1. but I love it. It seems like all of the 3xx magnesium cased Huskies are drying up in the marketplace. They might not be as strong as the contempary models but they had great ergonomics....I've never seen a NE cylinder with 44.3 printed on the top, but all OE saws have a 42 stamped in blue ink on top.
I have 2 or 3 of each. Love em!
Not always. Some of the NE xpg came with orange covers from factory. This one was owned by a dealer for me to run.
Also came with wrong decal cc size.

I thought I was the only one.I've never seen a NE cylinder with 44.3 printed on the top
Funny. That's an oddball for sure. The 346xpg in my basement has an orange clutch cover too, but it came with grey. I actually swapped it out this morning.
The one pictured was hand written with a sharpie.I thought I was the only one.
Yes, that would be an OE.My 346xp doesn't have a primer or a compression release, guess it's an OE? It does have the orange clutch cover...
Great looking saw!!!I didn't think mine had a sticker there until I refreshed my memory by looking at the picture of it..View attachment 798489
Thanks, the saw is mostly gathering dust right now along with my 353..Great looking saw!!!
How many go up one pin size on the rim? Is there an over speed governor?
i still have two 346xp’s in there cardboard shipping boxes. I did one quick peek and back in the box they went. I have no clues as to what they are.
