..wtf...?

Do you have tourettes syndrome?

... Uh no, I just cut wood myself. Might say something to my cutting partner, like "Hey this chain sure is cutting good!"... but thats about it.

LOL,
I got to admit there is nothing that does not get called names and such when I am working with it. Try to be nice and all they do is break down on you. I call my saws dirt eating SOB"S all the tiem. Because they cut throught the wood so fast that they eat dirt just like that.

Cuss my saw? Heck no, I talk sweet to mine, calling it sugarpig or babydoll or other sweet nothings. I give it good, sweet, fresh oil and gas mix. Give it a good cleaning after every use. I even put a diaper under it to catch any leaking bar oil. What more could a wife, er, saw ask for?

I'm usually thinking about things like, "Your not running too lean are you?", "You're chain isn't too loose, is it?" "I hope I didn't hit the dirt and dull you're chain" "I hope there is enough oil in the gas" " You're filter isn't plugged is it?"
I worry a lot.

Funny you should mention it...

I talk sh!t to the logs sometimes. LOL :chainsaw:

+1. I save the best Tourette's for the nasty rounds. They deserve it becauye they are trying not to get split up into heat food.

The saw gets it, but only rarely. (sometimes I cuss it out, but only when I'm far away, where it can't hear.. sensitive beeyatch that she is) ;)

To be fair I tell myself off, too, that way the equipment doesn't get alienated. Nothing worse than equipment that would rather be working for someone else...

Well, if the chainsaw's decided to play up, specially when a long walk from the truck, the air'll turn blue swiftly, and there's imminent danger of surrounding rock screes turning to molten lava, such is the sheer size and volume of profanities that occur...

Star Sprocket

Tell you what, I've used some of the older star sprockets and when those baby's throw a chain and booger up the gears on the chain, lemme tell ya wot!!! I don't think anybody wants to be around me when I'm talking to the saw or anything else. It's really not a good site. On the other hand, when I'm just cuttin', I'm usually talkin' smack to the trees or something else around, ya know, "how bout them apples b1tch?" "ahhhhh, watcha gonna do now you punk b1tch?" " Ain't so tough are ya???" And the list goes on. No matter what happens, I'm always in battle mode, it's a war, me vs. the trees, or trees or brush or whatever else needs killin', lmfao... :chainsaw:

Cheers eh?

Yup, air goes superconductive when the cussing is done right. Gotta watch out for lightning when that happens... or the neighbour comes over to remind you he's got youg kids within earshot... OOOPS
