What parts do I need to switch my 365 over to a high top air filter setup like a 371/372 has?

To switch to high filter arragement you need. A different air filter holder. The bolt and nut for filter. A different filter of course. A different cylinder cover. And a different air filter cover

You don't need a new cylinder cover, but everything else is correct.

Yes, the cylinder cover remains the same but, you will need the HD air filter cover I linked.
