365 special to 372 conversion

My 390xp is red and orange- red bottom end and and tank and the rest orange, built that one for me - 33 in bar- lots of big wood where I live but most of the time my 372 does the work

I just picked up a 2166 for $200 bones did a fair bit of research sounds like a killer saw I’m trying to replace my 261c-m since it’s a total lemon! Hopefully I made a good buy she seems to run good anybody have an opinion on these j-reds

Haha it’s a lemon but it aint Chinese! Think I got the bug out of it installed a new solinoid and fuel filter and she took a tune, we’ll see how long she goes.

I’ll give you a hundred bucks if you can find a 261 for under $500 lol, cheers buddy best of luck to ya and your search for cheap saws!

I had a 365 special I did a 52mm big bore kit on last year. Hyway wirh popup, base gasket delete and opened up the ports a bit (didn’t mess with the timing).

That saw runs like a raped ape, and I’ve probably put 10 gallons of gas through it since then and it runs better than my factory 372.
