    Stihl 044 10mm info

    hey. I am new to the forum. I just purchased a 044 10mm. The seller claimed it has bad bearings. Is there a way of checking this without removing them and splitting the case. Also. Is the crankcase gasket the same for the 10mm and 12 mm version.

    I would like to buy a felling dog from a stihl 066. I need the opposite of 1122 664 0508 and i think the part number is 1122 664 0503, but i'm not sure on that. I have one and lost the other. Thanks.
