stalling

Hey friends, Occasionally when i point the bar downwards to disengage the chain brake it'll die on me. It's a 2017 model and had a carburetor replaced in 2018 due to bog idle, stalling at idle etc. Any ideas?

Okay so we got the splitter from my father last fall. It worked fine. Split almost a cord of wood. And then put a tarp over it for the winter. Went to use it a few weeks ago, put new gas in, and cleaned the carb and it stalled on startup. Checked the gas tank, had fuel and oil in it. I think...
