    I have a SS model J that was made under license in Quebec, built in the 80's . Here's a vid of a current day Gripo splitter . Made in Quebec as far as I can tell .

    Supersplit question

    Has any one attempted to replace the roller bearings on a superslpit with ultra high molecular weight polyethylene slides that would never require maintance?
