I've been looking for the wire mesh filters for the 034/036 here in Oz as well!.....No luck!
I see Bailey's have a listing for 'wire mesh' filters for the 1125 series saw, though I think the mesh looks like plastic?

i checked at my dealer who has piles of stuff nobody wants ('cept us addicts) but no go. lots of NOS parts but filters no go. i have 1 that i took off my 36 when i bought it but that is the only wire one i have seen.

There are two types. A flocked coarse metal, and a fine one, only metal.

I may resort to pantyhose over my big giant coarse one.
