Been playing with my muffler lately (the one on the saw)
. The thread with the double barrel mod bit me. I wish I had progress pictures of it but I knocked my camera off the work bench.:bang: :censored: :bang:
When I did the math, the open area of these 2 pieces of 1/2" EMT (actually 5/8" ID) were 85% of the exhaust port area. If it turns out I need more I'll add a port with deflector to the cap. I decided aganist he shotgun style ports beacuse I use this saw primarily for milling. This configuration should have less potential of igniting the bark.
This was the first time I brazed anything so be nice.
