084 oil pump question

I'm hoping someone can help me with this I'm in the process of rebuilding a 084 and I noticed the oil pump spur gear is melted I've been searching eBay and the ones on their look completely different than mine is there two different Spur Gears used over the years any info would help thank you this is my first 084 so it's not very familiar to me this is a pic of mine

Your original gear is part number 1124 640 7500 and has not been available for years. Occasionally, old stock pops up on ebay but that's fairly rare.

If you want to replace it, you can buy part numbers:
1124 640 7512, which is the replacement gear
1124 162 8900, which is the washer that goes between the clutch and the new style gear.

The other gear you found is the one that goes on the oil pump and it meshes with the gear under the clutch (the part you're looking for).
