2013 Altec DC610- Weak Feeder Wheel

Hello.. my Altec DC610... engine runs as always... chipper wheel rotating normal... both control bars operate normally. BUT the feeder wheel is weak, wont grab and feed like it should... Any ideas? Haven't done much trouble shooting... looking for ideas to start. Thank you...!

More troubleshooting I discovered the the coupling between the engine and pump is broken on the pump side... any ideas how this could happen. Could bearing seize? Just wondering before I start looking for a new pump.. Thank you!

More LOL... well someone did a temp repair on the pump side coupler.. teeth wore off and been spinning and wearing on the pump shaft. Also Coupler on engine side as well as the plastic shim are beat up too... Not sure if Altec sells a rebuild kit? I will call Altec Tech Parts Department... $$$ Ug!
