Any ideas on where i could get a piston or a rebuild kit for a 254xp husqvarna, and if any bigger displacement jug would fit on the saw with stock application parts?

Thanks, Jake

Try Baileys: http://www.baileysonline.com/itemdetail.asp?item=PKS+254&catID=374
Or your Husky dealer. The 254 is a good saw, but a bit of an odd one. The rod length is different on it, making top end swaps with the 257/261/262 family VERY difficult and expensive. You're pretty much stuck with the 254 parts on that one. No worries, as it is a very good saw when in proper tune.
