I'm not familiar with 288's will this fit the XP model as well? I'm interested if so. Also you have a tank for sale for same saw I'm interested in. I'm restoring a 288 XP and looking for any parts available. Thanks

Yes it will fit 181, 281, 288xp, and 288xp lite.

Boy I hate that! I have sold it all and several are looking. I wish I had enough of all this stuff to make you all happy. I hate to disapoint anybody. I only have a few small parts left like air filter mounting plastic, starter rotors, choke levers, starter handles. Mike
