365 limiter caps

I am just about to do my first muffler mod on my 365 and now just need to know the best way to get rid of the limiter caps on the H and L mixture screws????
I was thinking of cutting them of with a set of nail clippers but i thought i had better just check with you guys first.

That will work fine. Other choices include a razor knife & dremel motor tool.
