Does the xtorq cylinder work on a regular xp saw? I know the xtorqs were stratified...

the short answer is ...yes it does fit... the long answer is that you need other things in order for it to work with the saw... new top handle, brake handle, intake tract, carb, top cover and probably other things I've missed

There was a change to the cases when they went to the XT, if putting a XT cylinder on older cases there is some grinding that needs to be done for it to sit flush.

Got ya now. You are saying buy your Xtorq jug that we could put on our old school saw.

This is an X Torq cylinder that I took off of a new Saw. Then I put an XPW cylinder on that saw. So now I have one for sale that is an ex Torq cylinder
