Split the case & did crank bearings. Got a new crank. I had a low hour 372 with a bad bottom end, so this was the head transplant. Cylinder was bead honed & cleaned. It didn't need the hone, but I'm particular. Carb got a freshen up, fuel lines, impulse line, and tank vent all replaced
