6400 to 7900

Hello I'm a newbie but have been lurking for years. So I have a dolkita I bought from depot years ago and have a7910 p&c just never put it on. Understanding they have been discontinued I want to rebuild it are there any other parts I am missing to complete this? I'm sure it's been covered before I didn't find anything by searching.

Awesome thanks kuskihl I appreciate it. I just didn't want to miss something. I thought something about the top cover not fitting but was years ago when I bought the b&c. The saw hasn't been used much recently but figured I'd do it now while parts are still available.

I did the same thing a few years back. Easy project. Bolt right up.

Sweet! So the 7900 vs 7910 is just the muffler? 5.7 vs 6.3 hp I never understood didn't see anything change between bore and stroke.
