I put a big bore kit on a 660 rebuilt the carb, of course the limiters are removed, ran great 150 on the cylinder but now the low mix wont adjust it either dies from being to low or runs the chain. Any suggestions?

Clutch springs are a weak point on the 660, also try screwing the L screw all the way in and then out to factory spec (1-13\4turns), doing this sometimes cleans things up. Not running of coarse.
