10K*sin25/(8*2000) < 1, so probably no.
Let the insurance adjuster tell you.
90% probability no if that door still functions normally.

looks bad probably cost to much for repairs might have to tear down the house and rebuild

Huh??
I've built and rebuilt a few houses. 2 week job for a crew of 4, 'brick' is only face brick, I'd replace with hardi siding and only a 3 week job.
I would like the OP to post what his insurance folks told him.

Ouch!
That will be costly. Looks like a very old structure and old brick.
You may not be able to match that brick to blend it in.
Just have a Structural Engineer look at all the structural areas to tell you if you're unsure.
The roof structure may be compromised back into the rest of the roof as well.
Just from the photo, it's really hard to tell if structures are compromised.
It looks repairable though. (without demolition of the whole house).
Of course you want to take out that large tree root system as well.
That's why I suggest to new home builders to not plant any potentially large trees within 50 feet of any permanent structures.
Sometimes they even listen to us experts...lol.

I hope that whoever did this was insured fully. There was a guy around here that caused similar damage, and they ended up having to declare the house a total loss due to foundation issues. The guy wasn’t insured, so he closed his company and started a new one, leaving the homeowner high and dry.

I doubt it has foundation damage. Looks like the tree uprooted and blew over. Not a huge impact but the damage was from the weight alone.

Side note, Smack the person that painted the brick.
