I'm thinking about making one of these..
Homemade Ammo Box Woodburner Stove - YouTube
I'm debating on 2 different designs..
1. having the top open so I can us it as a grill
2. have the bottom open so I can easily remove the ash.
other points I'm thinking about is if I should install the exhaust on the top or at the back using a 90 degree bend..
I guess my main goal is to get as much heat from this little bad boy as possible..
anyone have any suggestions?
I plan on making a raised bottom so air can get to the back of the fire so it's burn more efficiently. And adding a deflect on the top so the hot air doesn't go straight out the exhaust..
thanks
