I am new to the group and would like to ask if anyone has an outdoor wood furnace heating their domestic hot water using a Amtrol boiler mate.
I just purchased a new furnace and am planning on using the boiler mate, but don't know if I need the boiler mate's circulating pump or just go through the boiler mate before going to water to air heat exchanger.
thanks for any information
Stan

I have a Bradford White 80 gallon HydroJet boiler mate but mine has it's own zone valve which is controlled by my indoor boiler. I don't think you need to use the Amtrol circ pump for your application but you may need a mixing valve in there.
