Trimmed up a soft maple .cut down a lower lateral bout 10 inch round and found a hole about the size of pencil . There was some pissed of carpenter ant staring at me .They have made to the trunk .What the best way to take em out . Has to be non restricted because ,the hoime ower is gonna do it himself .Yes, I am legal.
