anyone had this happen before?

I used this 46 mag for 13 mo. pretty hard, it started sucking air took it to the shop , had new piston, rings, bearings, seals, you know the normal rebuild, when he got done the thing had the compression of a 66, run it a week and this happend , not too good of a picture but you get the point, almost blowed the jug off.

I've had some funny things happen with saws, but that sure isn't one of them. Cute little kid.
