Hello. My husband and I are looking to buy a home which has a HUGE banyan tree in the front yard. The tree is massive. The home (on Eastern Coast of Florida) was built in 1964. I am worried that the tree roots might be a problem with water pipes and the foundation of the home.
Should I be worried? We signed a contract to buy the home upon inspection only. Yet I need an answer by tomorrow.
