Black oak?

Can someone help to identify if this is a black oak?

I will post some more tomorrow. I ran out of light tonight so I only got the leaf, but was a little stumped after my research.

I am not trying to be an asss....just saying..... about 6 different trees jump out with your single leaf pic.

Buttttt....I'm already leading to piss oak, river oak. or pin oak, they're all the same for me.

Looks close to Blackjack Oak. Need to see some bark and more leaves. The pointed lobes make me believe it's in the red oak family. How about some photos of end grain?

More pictures attached I tried to find some acorns but all of the ones on the ground are are up by squirrels and deer. Tree currently has no acorns I could find at low levels. No end grain pictures has not been cut I am trying to identify to see if I can gather some acorns and replant.
