Bonding and insurance in Oregon

I need to get bonded and insured in Oregon. I'm not really sure where to start. Do you shop around for the best rates?

You need to be licensed through the CCB first, then register your business name. Talk to your insurance guy about bonding, they should be able to set you straight, if not, get a new one.

I'm working on the CCB license. Just took the test today, actually. I don't have an insurance guy, per say, and I'm feeling a little lost about wading in to the market looking for quotes. I guess I'll have to just call some providers and compare the rates. Thanks for the reply.
