Hi I live in California where we just encountered a big storm with high winds. My fig tree literally bent in half. What once stood a 12-15 foot tree now is flopped over my fence. the trunk and roots seem to be fully intact however the whole portion of the tree about 5-6 feet up the trunk bent over my fence. Its strange because I can find no break or anything. it just simply seems to have bent in half. Is this something that can happen to older trees? Is it possible for me to save it? if so, what are my options:confused:?
