Just out of Idle Curiousity Why arent there any Teeth or Pockets on it?

This machine was parked for a couple of years, there was actually some original paint still on the wheel but the rest of the wheel was rusty, so I just cleaned the whole wheel up. And I'm putting all new teeth and pockets on it. I could put more pictures up if anyone is interested. The engine looks brand new. The site that was mentioned above is the one to the track machine, it's about $80,000.00. They still make the towable one.
