Hey all, long time reader, new time poster. Anyway I always appreciate the knowledge given here so I figured I would ask a question regarding what to charge hourly for employees on winter storm Clean up for a local power company in Missouri. I know this will vary dramatically per state but I was hoping there was a standard equation, like 2.5 times their normal salary or whatever. Basically they called and wanted another tree company on their call list but all they asked for was to get a list together of how much I charge hourly for my foreman, climbers, operators, regular employees etc. and equipment. I don't have an issue coming up with what the equipment will be hourly, but can't for the life of me find anything on employees. Any help or guidance would be fantastic. Thanks everyone.
