We are a relatively small tree company looking to hire an experienced professional climber. My current climber was "poached" by a big contract company and I just couldn't match their ridiculous offer.
I'm a straight up company, no BS is given or tolerated. We have quality customers and a very professional image to uphold. Pay is negotiable and flexible with your needs. Daily or weekly doesn't make any difference to me. We start early and I like to get done in a timely manner. I like to have the man in the tree by 7:30 if possible. There will always be a licensed arborist on the job.
QUALIFICATIONS-
1. you MUST have your own transportation. not negotiable.
2. you should have your own climbing gear. saw, saddle, rope at the least. i have gear IF there is a good reason you don't.
3. easy to work with. we don't do the whole yelling cussing screaming temper tantrum fits on the job.
4. dependable and honest.
