Hi All,
I have a large Locust tree in my backyard that is unfortunately dying and needs to be removed. I've scheduled work with a local Arborist, but am concerned about a particular branch falling before he is able to come out and work on the tree. My question is, what are the recommended ways to brace this branch for it to hold out for a couple of months, or does it look like it might be okay for just that long? The attached photos are from April 24th (the brighter photo), and May 22nd (the darker photo). The branch is maybe 20 feet long.
