considering an used 026

I am considering a used 026 not a PRO would 285 be out of range for this saw condition unknown (of corse)looks like there isnt much use out of it by the picture it comes with a 16 inch bar and chain Is it worth a gamble I will turn it over to you guys for help. and yes if i decide not to get it i will post it here thank you:greenchainsaw: :greenchainsaw:

$285 is top dollar for a used 026. There's no way I'd take a "condition unknown/sight unseen" gamble on it.

For that amount I'd want to ensure I'm getting a "creampuff".

They pop up here on the trading post section from reputable members. I think there might be one up there now. Unfortunately a lot of the posts on the trading post are "best offer" auctions. IMHO the forum should not allow unpriced auctions.
