Cs8000 echo mods

I recently purchased an echo cs8000 and would like to make it faster. Any suggestions?

I finished gutting the muffler on the 8000 and could not believe how restricted it was. This thing had a final opening small as a dime! I don't claim to know much but that seems like a bad idea. Anyhow, it is done and I retuned after removing the factor screw police and it seems to run fine.
