A difficult question to answer, I know, but hopefully someone on this forum can provide some feedback or their own experience w/ pawlonia trees.
I have three large dead pawlonias in my neighboring back yard (house next door is derelict so the people/owners won't/can't afford to take them down). They've been dead over a year and I know they have to come down. My situation is I'm on a budget and can't afford to get them removed just yet.
That being said I'm trying not to stress these trees coming down on my head before I can get them removed. I know countless factors come into play that will affect a tree's standing strength/time (live or dead), but all things being equal, can anybody share their opinion on how pawlonias compare to other trees? Root depth/network, wood strength, durability after death (I know, strange question), etc.
Thanks in advance.
