Diamond Cutting/Grinder Wheel for Grinder Teeth

I have heard a few of you guy's talk about using a hand held grinder on the job to sharpen the teeth up a little. By use of a diamond wheel. I carry a grinder and generator with me for the odd occasion it come's in handy, so I looked into this. I can't find any reference to a diamond grinder! but plenty on the diamond cutting wheel, is this one and the same?

Also do you just grind from the bottom of the tooth?

Does is sharpen well?

And how long does it take?
