Dolmar 143mx extra

Hello all I’m new to this site so don’t fun of me to much. So anyways I got a chance to buy a 143mx extra and I’m wondering what’s a good price for the saw, also some things to check when I check it out, and is this a good saw. If could let me know it would be much appreciate.
