Dolmar warranty

I'm happy to say that Dolmar is honoring their warranty and replacing my 3410TH limbing saw. I could not get it to run properly and neither could the dealer. He said compression was lower when it was hot than when it was cold, and that it was under 90psi hot. I'm wondering what would cause this. The cylinder looked OK.
At any rate I'm pleased with the outcome.

And how many times (on this forum) have we heard "Dolmar's service is not only scarce, but it sucks too".

I love a good Dolmar story.
