But I'll ask just in case...

This is the 6th heating season I've used my CB OWB so I should know better. I lit the first fire on Friday and left the thermostats off on purpose so the stove would get up to temp faster. I had power on for about 6 hours while cutting, then went in for the day and turned on furnaces. No heat. Hmmm – boiler temp says 189 what gives? I go out and check the OWB and sure enough – this stupid turd had all the valves closed. I tried opening them but got several leaks of nice hot water. Even after cooling down I can’t open the valves without leaks. Let alone turn the pumps on.

I have to assume both are fried and will require replacement…?

Owb

OUCH!!!!!

About your -Whoopsie!

Not good, you need pump and valve surgery.

All the more reason to put the valves and pumps in the house.
