The jet lag from the trip to Collyfonia was over. The Used Dog and I headed out to cut up some Doug-fir that came down with a mudslide a few years ago. The part of the world that the slide ended up on was being logged at the time so the logger was put to work cleaning out the road. This was left because it was dirty, but that's why we have files.
The Barbie Saw was slicing through it so easily that I was afraid it was punky, so I had to check. Nope, just some sap rot.
I chose today's gloves to match the fall theme of leaves, punkins, and Stihl.
The used Dog was ever vigilant. There might could have been rabid chipmunks wandering around.
The loader operator can't seem to get a balanced load on today.
