hey guys i have model 2014 eager beaver, i have had it for about 12 years.
it has been a great saw for limbing and small logs, lately it has been running
pretty poorley! so i adjusted the high speed adjustment untill ran good and then
adjusted the idel till it ideled good, it ran like new! then a few mins later, the
idel was way high, and giving it the gas, it wanted to slow down and die.
any ideas?

Lot of posibilities, could be some gunk in the carb, fuel pickup in the tank, bad gas, or something more serious like a vacumn leak. I'd start with dumping the gas thats in the saw now into a glass jar, if there's water in it, you'll see it in the bottom of the jar.
