Would like to replace with oem parts. Not sure if the cyl is salvageable piston is shot. Its a pre decompression valve the cyl measures right under 54mm. It had 55lbs of compression. Any help would be appericated. Seems like all the aftermarket stuff has a decompression valve.

Welcome to AS. She's a good one. Lavish her with all the love you can. While the ole lady's at work slip that crankcase into the dishwasher a time or two. While that's going on, get into that cylinder with wet/dry sandpaper on a split mandrel. How bad is the transfer above the exhaust port? Better pictures of the cylinder would help.

Its feels ok nice and smooth, were as the bottom or beneath the exhaust port you can feel the visual lines like grooves but our raised up like it aluminium from piston

Ok, wouldnt mind having a ported cylinder to put back on saw when done, who might be able to do something like that for me. Since I will need to replace it anyways.

Does it have a bearing out?
Price will depend on that but of it needs split then both bearings and seals and piston and porting will be 450$ that's parts included

How would i check that. See if theres any up and down play. Whats a worse case on a overhal price? Ported bearing the works. So i would get a operating saw+ a bar and chain dont have one didnt come with one.

I will completely rebuild it,bearings and seals and piston and port it for 450$

You can get a bar and chain anywhere but I'll happily get you whatever you want.
